39be09ee14 [3.1.0] Add support for deprecated and version in configdoc 
- Hide deprecated elements from ToC
- %HTML.Doctype takes null instead of empty string; this shouldn't affect anyone

9e6953e619 Massive augmentation of ConfigDoc. 
- Generate name to expanded name for types
- Change XML format so that constraints are grouped together
- Table-ize constraints
- Enable HTML output in descriptions
- Run output through Tidy to make it easier to read
- Load stylesheet
