0c3e68dd03 Stop using umask to make definition cache. Fixes #32 
This is not really the right way to solve the ACL problem,
but there isn't really any reason we should be mucking about
with the umask.

Mucked around with the test case to make it pass, but I think
it's probably a bit delicate now.

f3d050c517 Fix two bugs with caching of customized raw definitions. 
The first bug is that we will repeatedly write out the result
of a customized raw definition to the filesystem, even when a cache
entry already exists.

The second bug is that caching these definitions doesn't actually
work (the cache entry is written but never used.)  A new API
for retrieving raw definitions permits the user to take advantage
of caching.

7727cea112 Add Git specific files and configuration 
* Setup usage.xml to be binary, as XMLWriter does not honor operating
  system's newline format.
* Setup various files to ignore (svn:ignore was not carried over)
* Add dummy files to prevent git from ignoring empty directories

349c4de75b [2.1.0] Standalone file now can be generated using maintenance/merge-library.php. Also: 
- HTMLPURIFIER_PREFIX constant added, and relevant files transitioned over
- Custom ChildDef added to default include list

dc0fb7d2b4 [2.0.1] DefinitionCache related bug-fixes 
- Fixed bug where manually modified definitions were not saved via cache (mostly harmless, except for the fact that it would be a little slower)
- Configuration objects with different serials do not clobber each others when revision numbers are unequal
. DefinitionCache keys reordered to reflect precedence: version number, hash, then revision number

d1f43636e5 [1.7.0] DefinitionCache->flush() now requires configuration object. DefinitionCache_Serializer now will create directories for new types on the fly, and can accept custom directories to save serials into.
