Simplify commit and tag parsing
* Use skip_prefix to avoid magic numbers in the code. * Use xcalloc() instead of xmalloc(), followed by manual initialization. * Split out line splitting. Signed-off-by: Lukas Fleischer <cgit@cryptocrack.de>
