Ondrej Zajicek (work) 60dda81b82 OSPF: Statistics
Count packet rx/tx and error conditions, per iface and globally.
Show them in 'show ospf' / 'show ospf interface'.

Also removee one level of indentation for areas in 'show ospf' command.
