d638c1794a Gitlab CI: Drop CentOS 6 test build as unsupported. 
If someone wants to maintain BIRD for CentOS 6,
feel free to send patches.

Gitlab CI support 
Add configuration and docker definitions for tests and builds in Gitlab
CI platform.

Some of them currently fail, which is a known problem.
