Fixes several problems in filter syntax.

- Fixes several conflicts in the grammar.
 - Fixes a bug in (a..b, c) pair patterns.
 - Makes pair patterns orthogonal.
 - Allows term expressions in pair patterns without additional ( ).
 - Allows several comma separated values in switch cases.
